MB-EAT 1:1 Program
The MB-EAT 1:1 program brings the full MB-EAT curriculum into an individual format: one-on-one, at a pace that works for you.
It follows the same evidence-based approach as the group program, adapted for one-on-one work, with the same structured progression through mindful eating skills, and the same focus on awareness, pattern recognition, and choice around eating. If you're looking for the structure and evidence base of MB-EAT without the group setting, this is the same work in a more personal container.
If this sounds familiar…
You eat past fullness even when you promised yourself you wouldn’t. You find yourself in the kitchen an hour after dinner not quite sure why. You eat quickly, automatically, barely tasting it, and only notice after the fact that you forgot to enjoy your meal. You reach for food when you're stressed, bored, or overwhelmed, and you're not entirely sure it's even hunger. You've started over more times than you can count: a new plan, a clean slate, eating "perfectly" for a few days, and then all of a sudden you're back where you started.
You've tried to eat intuitively, mindfully, intentionally, with discipline. And it works… until it doesn't.
That's not a you problem. Years of dieting and restriction taught you that certain foods are off limits, that hunger is something to override, that willpower is the answer. And in learning all of that, you forgot how to hear when you're actually hungry, when you're actually full, and what satisfaction actually feels like.
MB-EAT works differently. Instead of adding more rules, it builds the awareness and skills to actually understand what's driving your eating, and to respond differently over time.
What Participation Looks Like
Sessions are held live online, one-on-one, via Zoom. At 60 minutes each, they're designed to fit into your week without being overwhelming, at a weekly or biweekly pace depending on what works for you.
Each session follows the MB-EAT curriculum progressively, building skills and awareness across 10 structured sessions. Between sessions, you're invited to apply practices in everyday life at your own pace.
This is an educational and experiential program, not psychotherapy.
What a typical session includes:
A check-in on the week and your home practice
A new concept or skill to explore
A guided practice — with food, the body, or awareness
Reflection on what came up for you
A home practice to carry into the week

The 1:1 program is available now and works around your schedule. The group format offers something different — working through these patterns alongside others, with the shared inquiry and connection that comes with that. If that appeals to you, you can join the waitlist and I'll be in touch when a cohort becomes available.
