MB-EAT is available in different formats depending on what works best for you, from live online programs to a self-paced course coming soon. 

Whether you prefer the structure of a group, the flexibility of 1:1, or learning at your own pace, the work is grounded in the same evidence-based approach: building awareness, understanding patterns, and developing a genuinely different relationship with food.

Offerings

MB-EAT Group Program

A structured, live online group experience for people who want to work through the MB-EAT curriculum alongside others. Sessions are facilitated, experiential, and designed to support learning through practice and shared inquiry.

  • 12 sessions over 5 months

  • Live online via Zoom

  • Small group: 8–15 participants

MB-EAT 1:1 Program

The complete MB-EAT curriculum delivered individually, at a pace that works for you. Same evidence-based approach, adapted for one-on-one work with a certified MB-EAT Practitioner.

  • 10 sessions, 60 minutes each

  • Live online via Zoom

  • Weekly or biweekly pace
